Nijlo,

I do not understand how a player can be punished when a mentor was present to arb the deal. What is the point of arbing it anyway if/when a seller is doing it fraudulantly? That is the reason for having mentors arb. By keeping Thoran frozen you are showing that you really do not care about systems you have set in place. Also, why can you not take away the donation/stones? That could resolve the situation just as easily. This is totally unjust and has created large amounts of bad sentiment towards your game. Keep this in mind as I and Priory are not the only ones who feel this is wrong. I would like to see something done about this. As it stands now, Whim is your saving grace. This MUD has been on a steady decline for the last 2 plus years I have played. It is sad when a game I enjoyed immensely no longer entertains me due to mismanaged situations and false accusations. I have no way to threaten you or convince you of my feelings about this other than to tell you how I feel about it and how it could possibly affect your platform in the future. I ask you to do the right thing and unfreeze Thoran as soon as possible.

i play as Darsinius there.

Nijlo built the mud and maybe he wanted to make a great game at the start,
but for somewhere along the line it all became about $$$..

Donating for the game, to keep it up and running sure sure..
But seeing as how many augment 10+, class changes etc there are..
there should be enough for keeping a game up and running for years.
And there's always been problems with fake selling/donations like that
Calling it donations is ridicolous anyway, if it was real donations then
you should not get anything back from the game.

But there is no point in saying anything bad about Nijlo if you want to keep playing
his game, he thinks he's always right and gets angry for the slightest thing and deletes/zaps/renames you on a "whim". Without taking into consideration
that almost everyone sees things from different views which is strange
considering he's an American and if I'm not wrong Americans belive that
everyone should be allowed their own oppinion and be able to say whatever they
want to say.. (or whatever it was..)

The gameplay of Nodeka has been lost for me for a long time.. 5-6 years
ago though it had the potential for being the best mud though.

oh well im site banned now for voiceing my opinion (in an email) and only after he sent me an email saying i was 'gone' did i take it to globals, too bad i cannot log onto nodeka with another char and read the actual rule #7. but i dont think independant message boards are listed. he had plainly made up his mind before i logged on this morning. grats Nijlo on proving everything i said really smert!

what about when an aid treats you poorly first? oh wait thats right treating your gamer population fairly and respecting THEM has no place in nodeka.

I mean at this point in the game were almost everyone has been on for 1+ years and theres hardly any new people we've all come to understand Nijlo has a peculiar personality where he holds grudges if you insult him in some way, either by thinking he's dumb or saying stuff in the wrong way or just breaking his "rules" on the mud. Now you can be the BIGGEST DICK IN THE WORLD on the mud, as long as you dont break his rules you're safe from his wrath. He has a very strict rule enforcing policy even tho I feel some of the rules might be outdated and his systems might be a thing of the past. Such as the Mentor and Guard system, not enough people are mentors or guards and the current mentor/guard's have selective eyesight, they only see what they wanna see when they wanna see it. If a buddy of theres happens to break a rule, oops didnt see it, someone they dont like breaks the rules. BAM. Fire and Brimstone.

In conclusion, don't put egomaniacs in seats of power. AKA sign the petition to get Odinn ousted.

oh and Darsinius getting zapped is complete bullshit, Thoran shouldnt of stayed frozen, and I'm fairly sure only reason he STAYED frozen is because Nijlo dropped off the face of the earth and completely forgot about him.

Although I think mentors/guards are useless, if you're opening a "petition" to oust Odinn.. good luck. He has his moments sure, but the dude is always answering questions, trying to bring in new people, and at least I can get him to arb whenever he's around instead of being ignored by others.

All in all, bring the old arb system back, it's a pain in the ass to find a mentor/guard willing to arb at times. O and don't try and oust the mentor/guard actually doing his job
